Safe Havens for Little People is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women and their children who have experienced any form of abuse.

Our resource center empowers women to gain self-esteem and financial freedom as they and their children rebuild their lives after escaping from life-threatening violence. Safe Havens for Little People also helps women on welfare and pregnant women in crisis, take a step towards financial independence.

Safe Havens for Little People is committed to raising the consciousness and self-concept of all people through education, motivation and inspiration.

We are also committed to the economic independence of the women who come to us for assistance. Therefore, we offer 6-12 month training programs and internships to help these women build their work skills and to enhance their job prospects. We also offer an accelerated 90 day program for women who need to quickly return to the work force. Upon completion of an internship, we have a variety of employment opportunities waiting for their applications!
